What to include
The tool you used, the source and target formats, the approximate file size, and the exact error text if there was one. If a specific file fails, saying so is far more useful than 'conversion is broken'.
What we can see
Operational logs record format, size, duration and success or failure — not image content. We cannot look at your file unless you explicitly send it or consent to us inspecting a failed job.
Feature requests
Requests for additional formats are genuinely useful; several supported conversions exist because someone asked. Tell us the format and what you are trying to accomplish with it.
