Yes. Every tool on this page works without payment or signup. Guests can convert 10 files per day with files up to 10 MB; a free account lifts that to 20 files per day with files up to 50 MB. Premium adds unlimited conversions, 200 MB uploads, AI tools (upscale, OCR, background removal), and no ads from $7.99/mo.
Do I need to install anything?
No — every tool runs in your browser. Lightweight tools (compare, aspect ratio, DPI calculator) run entirely client-side, so your files never leave your device. Conversions that need heavy processing (RAW, AI upscale, OCR) run on our servers and uploads are auto-deleted.
Which converter tool should I use?

What's the difference between converting, compressing, and resizing?
Converting changes the file format (HEIC → JPG, PNG → HEIC) — useful for compatibility. Compressing keeps the same format but reduces file size by re-encoding — useful for faster uploads. Resizing changes the pixel dimensions (e.g. 4000×3000 → 1200×900) — useful for web display. The three are independent; the Photo Editor lets you do all three at once.
Are my files safe and private?
Uploads travel over HTTPS, sit in isolated per-session folders, and are auto-deleted within 24 hours for guests (7 days for free accounts, 365 days for Premium). We never index, share, or train AI on your uploads. Client-side tools don't upload anything at all.
Can I convert multiple images at once?
Yes — every converter accepts batch uploads of up to 10 files on the free tier. Premium raises this to 50 per batch and unlocks the batch API. Files process in parallel on our workers, so a batch of 10 typically finishes in roughly the same time as a single file.
