The retention window
Your uploaded file exists on the server long enough to be converted and for you to download the result. Once you download it, the source is removed. If you close the tab and never come back, an automatic sweep deletes both the source and the output within 24 hours.
What is not kept
Nothing is copied to backups, archives or analytics pipelines. Your image content is never used as training data for any machine learning system and is never reviewed by a human for product research.
What is logged
Anonymous operational metrics only: file size, source and target format, duration, and whether the job succeeded. These exist for capacity planning and error tracking, and none of them contain image content or identify you.
Transport security
Every upload and download travels over HTTPS with TLS 1.3, so files cannot be read in transit even on shared or public Wi-Fi.
